Yuru Camp Season 3 Release Date
The third season of Yuru Camp was announced in the Final Stage Greeting event. The event included live viewing of the movie and the greetings of two cast members, Hanamori Yumiri and Touyama Nao.
The event was held at the same time in 16 different venues. The speakers themselves were not present in the venues. But instead, they pre-recorded it.
The announcement was made at the event on October 10, 2022. Afro, the creator of Yuru Camp, confirmed the announcement while promoting the cover of the 14th volume of the manga.
The writer and illustrator of Yuru Camp also revealed a special illustration commemorating the third installment decision featuring three of the five main characters; Nadeshiko Kagamihara, Inuyama Aoi, and Rin Shima.
Aside from the announcement, no further information has been revealed since then. The post will be updated after the news of the third season is revealed.
Yuru Camp Season 3 Trailer
There is no new video related to the third season of Yuru Camp. Enjoy the opening of the second season by Asaka.
Despite minimal information, most information related to the studio, staff, cast, and song is predictable. Since they don’t change the line-up, it can be assumed that they will all reprise their posts in the third season.
C-Station studio will be the home to produce the third season of Yuru Camp like its predecessor. The script will be written by Itou Mutsumi, while Tateyama Akiyuki is in charge of the music. Kyougoku will fill his post as a director like in the previous season.
The five main cast members will also come back. It is confirmed because they re-tweeted the third season announcement on social media.
- Touyama Nao as Shima Rin
- Hanamori Yumiri as Kagamihara Nadeshiko
- Toyosaki Aki as Inuyama Aoi
- Hara Sayuri as Oogaki Chiaki
- Takahashi Rie as Saitou Ena
Asaka and Eri Sasaki are in charge of the opening and ending songs, respectively. Looking back, they provided both opening and ending songs from the first season of Yuru Camp.
The line-up may change, but looking for the first season to the latest movie, the probability of staff reshuffling is abysmally low.
Yuru Camp Story
Rin Shima is a high-school girl who likes solitude. Her hobby is camping without anyone accompanying her.

Luckily, she meets Rin in the middle of camping by herself. After an abrupt introduction, they spend the night together while eating ramen and enjoying the conversation close to the campfire.
Even after her sister picks her up, they wonder if they can go camping together again.
Yuru Camp News
Yuru Camp (Laid-Back Camp in English) is based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Afro.
The manga was published in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine from 2015 to 2019. Later the series moved to Comic Fuz, the publisher’s website and manga app.
The whole chapter has been compiled into fourteen volumes of the manga. With the popularity of manga and anime, Yen Press decided to license the manga.
The anime adaptation was aired in January 2018, followed by the second season in January 2021. With how well the fans’ reception was, the original movie was aired in July 2022 and grossed 7 million dollars worldwide.
Not stopping with the manga and anime, the series became a proper franchise by releasing live-action media and games.
The live-action premiered on January 10, 2020, to March 27, 2020, and the second season drama was aired later on April 2, 2021.
Actress Haruka Fukuhara portrays Rin Shima, with Yuno Ohara, Momoko Tanabe, Yumena Yanai, and Sara Shida playing the supporting characters Nadeshiko Kagamihara, Chiaki Ogaki, Aoi Inuyama, and Ena Saito, respectively.
Two games were released with a virtual reality system in 2021. The idea is to enjoy the scenery of Lake Motsu and Fumoto Campsite along with the character of Yuru Camp.
With how well-received the series is, can this slow outdoor life go beyond the third season?
